Common : A marketing that strengthen relationship between customers and brands by emotional factors which influences customer’s feeling and emotions.

2010, Vancouver winter Olympic, US sponser P&G launched special campaign called “Proud sponser of Moms” and also raised additional 130 million $

“Sending messages to express gratitude to every mothers in the world directly connected to high increase in sales”

After Oplympic season passed by, consumer preference for P&G increased 10% higher than before.


Ours : A marketing way to make positive CRM and raising outcomes by stimulating Customer’s emotions.
